GREAT Hospitality is the accreditation programme created by Number One Consulting. It has been designed specifically for hotels, guest houses, restaurants with rooms and inns.
GREAT Hospitality looks at key areas of Best Practice, including Health & Safety, employment practice, accessibility, and data protection, and as such is as relevant to a small Guest House as it is to a large multi-service hotel. The assessment is completed on-line, with support from your own dedicated assessor.
